<strong>The</strong> Trust has a wide range of staff undertaking a variety of roles <strong>and</strong> professions. In 2011/12<br />

consideration was given to establishing classes within the staff constituency to reflect occupational<br />

areas. This was supported by the Trust <strong>and</strong> changes to the staff constituency are planned for<br />

implementation in November 2013, the details of which will be finalised in early 2013.<br />

Public members can only be a member of one constituency. Staff can only be members of the staff<br />

constituency. Members are able to vote <strong>and</strong> st<strong>and</strong> in elections for the Council of Governors.<br />

5.8.4 Membership analysis<br />

During the year, the Trust sought to increase membership numbers. As at 31 March 2012, the<br />

membership of the <strong>Great</strong> <strong>Western</strong> HNS Foundation Trust was as follows: -<br />
