All NHS Foundation Trusts are required to disclose the relationship between the remuneration of the highest paid director in their organisation and the
median remuneration of the organisations workforce. The median total remuneration above is the total remuneration of the staff member lying in the
middle of the linear distribution of staff employed in the Trust, excluding the highest paid director. This is based on an annualised full time total staff
equivalent remuneration as at the reporting period date. The movement in the above ratio of -4.2% is due to the increased staff numbers through the
merger with Wiltshire Community Services.
