13.3 Valuation <strong>and</strong> economic useful lives<br />

<strong>The</strong> valuation basis is described in note 1.5 to the accounts. <strong>The</strong>re is no active market for the Trust's intangible<br />

assets <strong>and</strong> there is no revaluation reserve.<br />

<strong>The</strong> economic useful lives of intangible assets are finite <strong>and</strong> are described in note 1.8 to the accounts.<br />

PFI Intangible Assets are depreciated over the life of the PFI Contract.<br />

Economic useful lives of intangible assets are finite <strong>and</strong> amortisation is charged on a straight line basis:<br />
