14. Property, plant and equipment (cont.)
14.3 Revaluation
The Trust has not revalued land, buildings and dwellings in 2011-12 as there has not been a significant change in
asset values. All other assets are valued at depreciated replacement cost with no indexation in year due to the
current economic climate.
14.4. Non-current assets held for sale
The Trust has no non-current assets held for sale (31 March 2011: £nil).
15. Capital commitments
There are no commitments under capital expenditure contracts at the end of the period (31st March 2011: £300K),
not otherwise included in these financial statements.
