It uses the expected level at Long Sault Dam to represent the Lake St. Lawrence level. This score has a large range due to the sensitivity of Lake St. Lawrence levels to Lake Ontario outflows and river ice restrictions, and the impact on municipal water supplies of low Lake St. Lawrence levels. The score from this curve is included throughout the year.
