Rexcell representatives say <strong>the</strong>y have learned two important lessons from <strong>the</strong><br />

implementation of this extensive quality management system:<br />

It adds great value to a company if all employees fully underst<strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> effect<br />

<strong>the</strong>ir daily work has on <strong>the</strong> bus<strong>in</strong>ess of <strong>the</strong> entire company. From management to<br />

factory worker, all employees ga<strong>in</strong> from know<strong>in</strong>g how <strong>the</strong> quality of <strong>the</strong>ir specific<br />

work impacts o<strong>the</strong>r processes with<strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> company.<br />

It is important to allow enough time for <strong>the</strong> implementation of such an extensive<br />

system, as <strong>the</strong> project needs to be well anchored among <strong>the</strong> employees. Also, a<br />

company needs to allow for time to collect accurate <strong>in</strong>formation beforeh<strong>and</strong>.<br />
