With<strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> sector, <strong>the</strong>re are some differences between size-b<strong>and</strong>s with regard to <strong>the</strong><br />

perceived <strong>ICT</strong> impact, but only for specific bus<strong>in</strong>ess areas (see Exhibit 5-3). In particular,<br />

<strong>the</strong> percentage of companies say<strong>in</strong>g that <strong>the</strong>y experienced positive effects on -<strong>the</strong> closely<br />

related areas of- bus<strong>in</strong>ess process efficiency <strong>and</strong> <strong>in</strong>ternal work processes, as well as<br />

on customer service is larger for medium-sized <strong>and</strong> large P&P companies than for small<br />

ones. On <strong>the</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r h<strong>and</strong>, <strong>the</strong> share of companies that reported positive effects on<br />

revenue growth, procurement costs <strong>and</strong> product quality is very similar for all size-b<strong>and</strong>s.<br />
