ominique Bompoint joined the Firm as a partner in December 2004. He was previously a partner<br />
at Clifford Chance LLP (2001-2004) and Bredin Prat (1996-2001).<br />
Mr. Bompoint has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate<br />
restructurings, as well as related corporate litigation matters. He advises private and public<br />
