Description and assessment of computer systems and network infrastructure available for financial information at various levels. From Table 1, the analysis of financial system includes computer systems at the central Ministry level. It seems that all central organizations have sufficient stand-alone PC computer to handle manual financial system, but there is a lack of networking financial application system software for administrating and managing routine workflow automatically. Some financial organizations do not have computer network infrastructure, for examples, OPEC, ONPEC, etc. Table 2 shows the number of offices, personnel, students classified by organizations at various levels in order to assess with the existing computer systems and network infrastructure available for financial information at all levels. Table 3 shows the existing computer system and network infrastructure available for financial information at various levels. The number of offices at each level indicates number of finance management system needed. In general, at national, regional, and provincial levels, there are sufficient stand-alone PC computers used to handle finance at the limited level comparing to the capacity of computer system technology available at this stage. DNFE and OPS have enough PC computer network and application software to manually manage finance system while ONPEC, OPEC, and DGE districts and schools do not have sufficient computers. 123
