ACCOUNTANT SPECIALIST<br />

Position location: SISIAN (Syunik area), Armenia<br />

Purpose<br />

To technically assist the two Component Coordinators in all the projects related to<br />

generate incomes needing to keep accountancy, under the direct supervision of the<br />

Head of Base.<br />

Basic rules<br />

• Respect of the ACF internal regulation<br />

• Respect of working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, with one hour<br />

of lunch break. Extension of working time is possible according to the project<br />

needs and will not be subject to any payment of overtime.<br />

Responsibilities<br />

• To plan and follow the activities of the different <strong>Income</strong> <strong>Generating</strong> <strong>Activities</strong> of<br />

the project with the coordinators and the other persons responsible for the income<br />

generating projects.<br />

• To implement technical training in appropriate specialities.<br />

• To provide assistance in appropriate specialties.<br />

• To participate actively in the monitoring of <strong>Income</strong> <strong>Generating</strong> projects in collaboration<br />

with the rest of the team.<br />

• To elaborate a planning for every month and to write a monthly report related<br />

to this planning.<br />

• To assist the Project Manager in any additional study or task.<br />

Experience and skills<br />

Experience in accountancy<br />

Excellent communication skills and good abilities to work with groups of villagers.<br />

Planning skills.<br />
