4.1.2. Group members’ investments and the property consequent to these<br />
investments.<br />
4.1.3. The produced goods and property obtained through the groups economic<br />
activities.<br />
4.1.4. The profit earned.<br />
4.1.5. The property obtained by means authorised by existing legislation.<br />
4.2. The group members investment can be money, securities, any property or<br />
property rights, as well as other money estimation rights.<br />
4.2.1. Pecuniary valuation of non-monetary deposits invested by group members<br />
or third parties included in the group is approved unanimously by<br />
the General Assembly.<br />
4.3. Capital is being formed in the group. The foundation of this capital is formed<br />
from the shares with held yearly out of the profit.<br />
4.3.1. Reserve capital shares stimming from the profit correspond to 5% of<br />
yearly net profit.<br />
4.3.2. The expenditure procedures for the reserve capital are defined by two<br />
thirds of Group members participating in the General Assembly.<br />
5. Untouchable fund<br />
5.1. The Group’s untouchable fund is formed from the main means given back to<br />
the group within the Village communities’ self-insurance development programme.<br />
The group members have no right to sell, distribute among themselves,<br />
lend or pawn.<br />
5.2. The list of main means registered in the untouchable fund is confirmed by<br />
the charity presentation contract.<br />
5.3. The untouchable fund can be increased.<br />
5.3.1. The matter of decreasing the means of the untouchable fund can be<br />
discussed only once in five years.<br />
5.4. Besides the Group’s untouchable fund, the members have equal, undivided<br />
share in case of remaining property. Persons resigning their membership or excluded<br />
from membership by the decision of General Assembly have no share<br />
in the untouchable fund.<br />
5.5. The damage caused by illegal activity or inactivity of the group during the implementation<br />
of economic activities should be covered by the person or people<br />
who are to blame during the period defined by internal agreement. If the<br />
dispute is not solved by internal agreement, the relations should be coordinated<br />
according to the procedure defined by the Legislation of _________.<br />
