6. Membership<br />

6.1. Members of the group can be those who have had permanent residence in<br />

the community for one or more years and any person above 16 years who<br />

meets the following criteria:<br />

6.1.1. Lack of means of production /soil, agricultural techniques, animals/ or<br />

unable to obtain or use them.<br />

6.1.2. Extended families with unemployed members.<br />

6.1.3. Families who do not get assistance from other organisations.<br />

6.1.4. Families who do not get pecuniary or other aid from a refugee relative.<br />

6.1.5. Monoparent families or those with a woman in charge.<br />

6.1.6. The member /candidate to become member/ should be considered by<br />

village committee as active, conscientious, responsible and hardworking<br />

person, he should be able to carry out physical activities together<br />

with the group.<br />

6.1.7. The member /candidate to become member/ should agree to work together<br />

with the group of income generation and should commit to acting<br />

according to the current regulation.<br />

6.2. Each family of the community can have only one member in the Group.<br />

6.3. During the first two years of the Group’s activities, the number of the group<br />

members should not decrease.<br />

6.3.1. The General Assembly of the Group admits a new member in conformity<br />

with criteria defined in this Regulation among the candidates<br />

proposed by the Village Committee within ten days. Members resigned<br />

themselves in the period defined in the point 6.3 of this Regulation or<br />

members are excluded from the Group according to the procedure defined<br />

in this Regulation.<br />

6.4. In order to become a member of the group, the person has to present an application,<br />

a copy of an identity document, two photos, fills in the appropriate<br />

questionnaire, pay the fee for registration and procedure of which is<br />

defined by the General Assembly of the Group.<br />

6.4.1. Rejection of membership should be avoided.<br />

6.4.2. Probation period can be defined by the Group General Assembly.<br />

6.4.3. People who pass the probation period successfully, meet the criteria<br />

defined by this Legislation, have paid the registration fee can become<br />

authorized member of the Group enjoy rights and accept the defined<br />

liabilities.<br />

6.4.4. During the whole probation period the registered members cannot enjoy<br />

rights mentioned in the points 7.1.2. and 7.1.5., but have to take on all<br />

the liabilities defined by this Legislation considered for the members.<br />
