11.7. The newly elected directorate chairman occupies his position starting from<br />
the date of the end of the out-going chairman’s mandate.<br />
11.8. The newly elected chairman takes his position in ten days period after the<br />
election.<br />
11.9. The chairman’s mandate can be stopped at the request of two thirds of directorate<br />
or General Assembly members’ if:<br />
11.9.1. The chairman abuses his power.<br />
11.9.2. The Group suffered financially and /or/ morally as a result of the<br />
chairman’s violation of his obligations or mismanagement.<br />
11.10. The chairman has a right of veto in the council’s meeting.<br />
12. Financial and economic control<br />
12.1. The inspection commission, being elected by the organisation’s General<br />
Meeting for a two- year period and consisting of three members, carries out<br />
control over the Group’s financial and economic activities.<br />
12.2. The inspection commission holds meetings at least once a month. Special<br />
meetings can be held at the request of one third of Group, commission members,<br />
directorate chairman or directorate members.<br />
12.3. The inspection commission chairman is elected during the inspection commission<br />
meeting by majority of members’ votes.<br />
12.4. The inspection commission has competence if two third of members participate<br />
in the meeting. The decisions of commission are adopted by majority<br />
of votes. The chairman’s vote is decisive if the votes are equal.<br />
12.5. The Group inspection commission has the right to check the Group’s financial<br />
and economic activities and get familiar with all the documents.<br />
12.6. The Directorate members have to give necessary information, clarifications<br />
(explanations) on the Group inspection commission’s demand.<br />
12.7. The Group inspection commission checks the Group’s yearly reports and balance<br />
sheet and gives conclusions/recommendations concerning them.<br />
12.8. The inspection commission is obliged to demand a extraordinary meeting of<br />
Directorate or General Assembly if:<br />
12.8.1. The Group interests have suffered.<br />
Abuse of power by Group officials is founded.<br />
12.9. The procedure of covering expenses of Group inspection commission is defined<br />
by Directorate.<br />
