be taken from the list described above)
6- Methodology
• What evaluation method was chosen and why
• What are the main constraints (staff, political, security, access, rainy season
etc.)
• Include here a reference to an appendix such as questionnaire samples of the
methods used.
• Who, when, why and where were the interviewed people or sites selected.
7- Outcome of using the methods
• Where and how were the evaluation methods developed and tested before use
• How reliable and valid did the method prove to be
• Include a timetable or schedule of the evaluation in the appendix
