Article 4 Payment<br />

b) If it is determined that activities not foreseen in the present Agreement have<br />
been financed by the contribution, the costs of such activities shall be deducted<br />
from the next installment or reimbursed on demand to ACF.<br />
Article 5 General provisions<br />
5.1. The Project Executor undertakes to execute the present agreement with due<br />
care and diligence.<br />
Article 6 Annexes<br />
Following documents attached to the present Agreement shall be deemed to<br />
form an integral part of said Agreement thereof:<br />
— Project Document including Budget (Annex 1)<br />
— Agreement with _______________ (Annex 2)<br />
Article 7 Termination<br />
7.1 The present Agreement may be terminated at any time by each of the<br />
parties, subject to written notice given 15 days in advance.<br />
7.2 In the event of non-compliance, non-execution or breach by one of the<br />
parties of the obligation binding upon it, the other party may, after written<br />
notice, terminate the agreement with immediate effect and request<br />
financial reimbursement based on the actual expenditures justified.<br />
7.3 If an event resulting from force majeure (natural disaster, etc.) prevents<br />
the execution of this agreement, either party may terminate the agreement<br />
from the moment when it becomes impossible to carry it out.<br />
