Labour<br />

Sheep breeding IGA group in Darbas consists of 15 members. The group has a leader,<br />

an accountant and other members.<br />

The main work include:<br />

• Pasture care<br />

• Birthing<br />

• Daily care and feeding<br />

• Basic veterinary care<br />

• Barley and spelt planting, mowing and storing<br />

• Hay mowing, baling and piling<br />

The group leader coordinates the work and each member actively participates.<br />

The work schedule is formed and the group members carry out by shifting their obligations.<br />

Shepherds were chosen and are responsible for sheep pasture care. Work distribution<br />

helps everyone to become professional in his or her work.<br />
