Article 4. Organisation of the Revolving Fund Committee<br />

The Revolving Fund Committee will include the following members with respective<br />

responsibilities:<br />

1. The head of project<br />

Responsibilities:<br />

• To advise the members of the Committee on their decisions.<br />

• Does not have a voice in the voting process but has the final decision if the Committee<br />

doesn’t reach an agreement after the second voting.<br />

• Has the final responsibility of the use of project funds.<br />

2. The assistant head of project<br />

Responsibilities:<br />

• To advise the members of the Committee.<br />

• To follow up the reimbursements of the groups.<br />

• To follow up the activities of the groups.<br />

• Has a voice in the voting process.<br />

3. The rural economist (Supervisor)<br />

Responsibilities:<br />

• Management of the Committee and its presentation.<br />

• To prepare the Agenda of the Meeting.<br />

• To convene new Meetings.<br />

• The supervisor is entitled to include in the agenda the issues of admitting new<br />

members in the group, change of duties of some members and also expelling<br />
