<strong>FDR</strong>648 I/O ERROR location -- VOL=vvvvvv -- DSN=dsname<br />
Reason: An I/O error occurred during EXCP processing to extract information from either a PDS<br />
directory or a suspected IAM data set.<br />
Action: This message is normally the only documentation produced when these error conditions<br />
occur. Further documentation in the form of the standard INNOVATION DATA<br />
PROCESSING mini-dump is produced if ENABLE=DEBUG is specified on either the<br />
DEFAULT or PRINT commands. If the error persists, obtain all available<br />
documentation and call INNOVATION DATA PROCESSING.<br />
<strong>FDR</strong>650 ASTERISK TRUNCATION NO LONGER VALID FOR UNIT<br />
Reason: Earlier versions of <strong>FDR</strong>EPORT supported an asterisk at the end of the value of the<br />
UNIT parameter, e.g., UNIT=13*. Because of the support for 4-digit device<br />
addresses, this is no longer supported.<br />
Action: If the comparison operand was an equal sign (e.g., UNIT=13*), it is converted into a<br />
range of unit addresses; see message <strong>FDR</strong>652.<br />
<strong>FDR</strong>651 UNIT unit CONTAINS INVALID CHARACTERS ONLY 0-9 AND A-F ARE VALID<br />
Reason: A UNIT= parameter had a value that was not a valid hexadecimal device number<br />
Action: Correct and resubmit<br />
<strong>FDR</strong>652 OBSOLETE UNIT=unit -- CONVERTED TO UNIT>=uuu0,UNIT
