Reason: <strong>FDR</strong>REORG was unable to establish its abnormal termination exit.<br />
Action: Contact INNOVATION DATA PROCESSING for assistance.<br />
<strong>FDR</strong>R44* ALL RETRY ATTEMPTS FAILED FOR DSN=dsname<br />
Reason: A value other than NONE was specified for the DSNRETRY keyword and <strong>FDR</strong>REORG<br />
was unable to allocate the indicated data set before processing completed.<br />
Action: Rerun the job when the indicated data set(s) are not in use by another job.<br />
<strong>FDR</strong>R45 LASTAPE NOT REQUIRED -- NEXT FILE FOR THIS TASK WILL HAVE FILESEQ=1<br />

module reporting the error. The codes are documented under message IDC3009I in<br />
IBM message manuals.<br />
Action: Refer to IBM message IDC3009I. If you can't correct the error, contact INNOVATION<br />

OPEN return and reason codes. You may want to run an IDCAMS DIAGNOSE on the<br />
failing VVDS.<br />

Reason: An OPEN has failed for cluster “dsname”. “ccc” is the VSAM OPEN return code and “rrr”<br />
