For optimum quality, the services of a professional recording studio should be used. If this<br />

option is chosen, observe the file format required.<br />

10.5 Agent Application<br />

The Agent Assistant is a user interface available on the agent's PC. By associating agents'<br />

telephone sets with their PCs, they have a user-friendly working environment in which to<br />

manage their sets.<br />

The main services provided by the Agent Assistant application are:<br />

- Agent status: defines if the agent is ready to receive calls<br />

- Call visualization: the current call information is displayed<br />

- Traffic visualization: the Agent Assistant displays traffic information on ACD groups<br />

- Call Log: the history of received calls are displayed, with the possibility to call the customer<br />

- The possibility for the agent to perform internal/external calls<br />

- Customer information: the customer information can be displayed and modified<br />

- Agent parameters: the agent can defined his/her working environment including assigned<br />

ACD groups if the administrator gives this right<br />

The ACD administrator uses the Agent Assistant application to modify agent rights.<br />

10.6 Statistics Application<br />

The call server keeps a database of daily statistics on groups, agents, lines (also called ACD<br />

ports) and calls over a period of 14 months.<br />

The Statistics application is used to access this information and present it in the form of tables<br />

and/or graphs.<br />

The main services provided by the Statistics application are:<br />

- Display of statistics as: graphs, periods of time, absolute values, or percentages<br />

- Configuration of the frequency with which statistics are compiled<br />

- Configuration of the graph appearance<br />

- Configuration of statistic parameters<br />

- Configuration of the parameters for automatic printing<br />

10.7 Supervisor Application<br />

The Supervisor application is used to view real-time information on Call Center activity. This<br />

information is presented in a graphical interface on supervisor PCs.<br />
