11.2.4.1.11DIRECTORY - NAME<br />

NAME<br />

makes it possible to display all the names corresponding to a given number in the<br />

numbering plan, with the possibility of modifying these names.<br />

MODIFY and ADD make it possible to modify/add a name; enter the user name (16 characters<br />

maximum) as "surname-space-first name" using the alphabetic keypad or the station's dialing<br />

keypad which will have automatically switched to "letters" mode.<br />

SWAP makes it possible to configure the date, time and mode of the software swap:<br />

DATE: swap date<br />

TIME: swap time<br />

MODE: swap mode; by pressing successively on CHOICE, define the swap operating mode:<br />

- normal with data saving<br />

- forced with data saving (no restoration of the old version in the case of a transfer failure).<br />

This 30-entry table defines the relationships between the user numbers to be notified by a<br />

message in an incoming fax which is intended for them and the number of the receiving fax<br />

machine.<br />

RESUBS makes it possible to define the number of the set to call (sending a message saying<br />

that a fax has arrived).<br />

FAXNUM makes it possible to define the number of the fax machine concerned.<br />

11.2.4.1.14DTMF END-TO-END SIGNALING - MFTRAN<br />

Press MFTRAN .<br />

CHOICE: by successively pressing this key, you can define whether the DTMF end-to-end<br />

signaling is applied overall for all users, for no user or whether the passage in DTMF<br />

end-to-end signaling is carried out individually for the sets.<br />
