Barring -> Barring Tables
3.7.3 Operation
3.7.3.1 Activation/use
Having determined the restriction level for a call, the system compares the requested number
as it is being dialed, with the prefixes in the table associated with this level of discrimination:
3.7.3.2 Additional information
- Maximum number of prefixes for the 6 prefix tables (or restriction levels):
• Until R9.0: up to 100 prefixes
• As of R9.0: up to 200 prefixes
- Each prefix has a maximum of 10 digits (0 to 9, * and #).
- A private user cannot be connected to the network (nor receive calls from or make calls to
the network).
- The emergency numbers predefined in the software on leaving the factory are valid
regardless of the restriction operations.
3.8 End of Dialing Detection
3.8.1 Overview
3.8.1.1 DESCRIPTION
the system can release the DTMF receivers and carry out the bi-directional switching of the
line.
