The VoIP DSP stat tool in Webdiag provides statistics about RTP for a call in progress or the<br />

last call. No history is maintained. When the media is RTP direct, no DSP statistics are<br />

available on OmniPCX Office.<br />

This feature is useful for analyzing voice quality problems.<br />

The available statistics are:<br />

- Source IP<br />

- Jitter statistics (late, corrupt, lost, out of order packets)<br />

- Echo strength, delay, noise<br />

OmniPCX Office provides a QoS tickets logging feature for VoIP including the SIP companion<br />

used for dual mode. The tickets are stored locally on OmniPCX Office and can be viewed in<br />

WebDiag tickets provide a history of the VoIP calls.<br />

This feature is useful for analyzing voice quality problems.<br />

The QoS ticket logging must be enabled in OMC : VoIP->Parameters->Gateway -> RTP<br />

Ticket activation<br />

The new tickets are stored until the logging is disabled in the OMC.<br />

The tickets contain:<br />

- Local and remote IP<br />
