Chapter 3 <br />

If an incoming call arrives while saving a number (temporary memory or individual<br />

directory), this call will be released (as during customization).<br />

- Saving a number in the individual directory (R2.0): a number may be saved in the<br />

individual directory under the following conditions:<br />

• when a call is in progress<br />

• during review of the unanswered calls directory (text mail)<br />

• during use of the retransmitted numbers list<br />

- As of R7.1, the user can choose to display the calling party name or the calling party<br />

number. During ringing or conversation, a press on the i key switches between the two<br />

display modes.<br />

The initial display is based on the parameter: Name Display. If this parameter is enabled,<br />

the initial display is the calling party name.<br />

Note:<br />

This feature works only if the calling party name is available.<br />

This feature is available only for the following sets:<br />

• Alcatel-Lucent IP Touch 4028 Phone, Alcatel-Lucent IP Touch 4038 Phone,<br />

Alcatel-Lucent IP Touch 4068 Phone<br />

• Alcatel-Lucent 4029 Digital Phone, Alcatel-Lucent 4039 Digital Phone, Advanced<br />

Reflexes<br />

• Alcatel-Lucent 300 DECT Handset, Alcatel-Lucent 400 DECT Handset, Alcatel Mobile<br />

Reflexes 100 and Alcatel Mobile Reflexes 200. On these sets, a long press on the<br />

phone book key is used to switch between name and number display.<br />

3.26.2 Configuration procedure<br />

3.26.2.1 Configuration<br />

- To specify whether or not to authorize the "Automatic call setup on going off hook" feature<br />

for each station:<br />

• by OMC (<strong>Expert</strong> View): Users/Base stations List -> Users/Base stations List -> Details<br />

-> Misc. -> Hotline<br />

• by MMC-Station: User or Subscr -> AutoCa -> Active<br />

- To validate the "Automatic answer for external call" feature for all sets in automatic answer<br />

mode.<br />

• by OMC (<strong>Expert</strong> View):System Miscellaneous -> Feature Design -> Part 2-> "Automatic<br />

answer for external call" -><br />

- If the "Automatic call setup on going off hook" feature is authorized, define whether the call<br />

is immediate or after a time-out and define the call destination for each station:<br />

• by OMC (<strong>Expert</strong> View): Users/Base stations List -> Users/Base stations List -> Details<br />

-> Misc. -> Hotline<br />

• by MMC-Station: User or Subscr -> AutoCa -> Temp<br />

- To modify the default time-out for the "delayed" automatic call setup on going off hook -<br />

OMC (<strong>Expert</strong> View) only:<br />
