Suggested programme:
Day 1:
Arrive at your hotel in Krakow, your home for the next two nights.
Should you have time we recommend a visit to the Wieliczka salt
mines before arriving in your hotel in Krakow.
Day 2:
After breakfast, you meet your city guide who will introduce you to
some of the Highlights of the city. For centuries the seat of Kings,
the city has always attracted scholars and artists from all over the
world. Not to be missed are the royal castle on Wawel hill, the
cathedral, the university and the main square. In the evening, we
recommend a meal in the old town of the city.

Day 3:
Today travel to the Dunajec River Valley in the Pieniny Mountains.
Your journey takes you to the Podhale and Spiz regions and the
village of Niedzica, located on the former Polish Hungarian border.
Enjoy a short stop before continuing on to join a rafting tour for
a leisurely trip on traditional wooden rafts to the Polish Slovakian
border. Not to be missed is a visit to the oldest wooden church
in Debno a further UNESCO heritage site. You then continue to
Zakopane for a guided tour of this popular mountain resort before
checking in to your hotel. Your
guide will show you the highlights
such as the Nordic ski jump, the
old and new wood churches, the
old cemetery with its many wooden
sculptures and the Villa "Koliba".
In the evening, you can enjoy your evening meal in a typical
restaurant.
Day 4:
Depart homeward after breakfast.
