Day 1:<br />
Arrival in Zurich. Check in and dinner at your 4-star hotel.<br />
Day 2:<br />
Today explore the largest city in Switzerland which is renowned for<br />
its high quality of living. Together with your local guide you will see<br />
the National Museum, the Bahnhofstrasse, the historical Limmat<br />
quayside, the Opera House and St Peter’s Tower with the largest<br />
church clock face in Europe. The afternoon is free to be spent at<br />
leisure. We would recommend a pleasant boat ride on Lake Zurich.<br />
Day 3:<br />
Today’s excursion will take you to the famous Jungfraujoch. Also<br />
nicknamed "the top of Europe", this region of the Swiss Alps was<br />
proclaimed a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site. The Jungfrau<br />
rack railway will take you to the highest railway station in Europe<br />
at 3454 m above sea level. Enjoy this wonderland of eternal snow<br />
and ice, visit the ice palace and admire the unique panorama with<br />
the Aletsch glacier (the longest outlet glacier in Europe) and the<br />
mountains of the neighbouring countries.<br />

Day 1:<br />
Arrival and check in to your hotel in the area of Lucerne.<br />
Day 2:<br />
After breakfast explore Lucerne with your city guide. Don’t miss<br />
the distinctive wooden bridge that spans the River Reuss, the<br />
medieval market square lined with intricately painted houses, the<br />
ornate churches of the Old Town and the famous Lion Monument,<br />
dedicated to the memory of the heroic Swiss Guards. In the afternoon<br />
you can explore the city at leisure. Highly recommended is a<br />
visit to the Swiss Mountain transport & IMAX museum.<br />
Day 3:<br />
Today discover the Lake Lucerne area via boat, train and cable car.<br />
<strong>Travel</strong> across the lake to Alpnachstad where you join the world’s<br />
steepest cogwheel railway to Pilatus Kulm. Your route winds through<br />
lush green meadows covered with alpine flowers and past<br />
sparkling streams and steep rock faces. At the top, you will be greeted<br />
with spectacular views of Lake Lucerne and the surrounding<br />
mountains, such as the Rigi. After some free time to enjoy lunch or<br />
coffee and cake you then take the cable cars back down to Kriens.<br />
Day 4:<br />
