Day 1:<br />
Arrival and dinner at your middle-class hotel in the Black Forest.<br />
Day 2:<br />
Start your day with a visit of Freiburg. Discover its most important<br />
sights such as the world-known cathedral. In the afternoon you<br />
travel to the Black Forest Ham Museum in Feldberg. Afterwards,<br />
you learn how to prepare the traditional Black Forest Cake. The<br />
sweet temptation is irresistible. Return to hotel and dinner.<br />
Day 3:<br />
After breakfast you travel to Herzogsweiler. You visit Pfau’s farmer’s<br />
smokehouse and get a sample of the hearty ham. Have<br />
lunch in Freudenstadt before heading to Baiersbronn. On a culinary<br />
walk with your guide you get to know more about natural<br />
delights such as tasting fir needles.<br />
Day 4:<br />
In the morning you visit the Cheese Factory Museum in Endingen.<br />
Get an impressing insight in the century-old history of a cheese<br />
dairy. Afterwards, your journey continues to Königsschaffhausen<br />
or Kiechlinsbergen where you taste local wine. The rest of the day<br />
you have time at leisure at Colmar.<br />
