Day 2:
You start with a culinary city tour of Nuremberg. Hear interesting stories
of typical Franconian dishes like bratwurst and taste the mentioned
products. In the afternoon, you depart for the Franconian Wine
Country. Learn more about the local wine production and taste different
wines during a guided walk through the vineyards. In the evening,
you enjoy a "bratwurst dinner" in a restaurant in Nuremberg.
Day 3:
Today you make a day trip to Munich. First, you discover Bavarian
delicacies during a guided tour of the food market "Viktualienmarkt".
Get fascinating background information on the specialties and taste
little titbits from the market stalls. Later on, you visit one of Munich’s
breweries. During a guided tour you learn more about the entire production
process of the known beer according to the purity law. After
that, you are awaited by a beer tasting and a hearty Bavarian snack.
Day 4:
In the morning, a special attraction awaits you in Neumarkt. Take
part in a “Weißwurstseminar” (white sausage seminar). Learn interesting
facts about the history of the world-known delicacy and
try to make your own sausages. During a white sausage snack
you learn how do eat them. Afterwards, return to Nuremberg and
some time at leisure to discover more of the city.
Day 5:
Depart homeward after breakfast.

Welcome to the city of beer, breweries,
beer gardens and beer festivals!
Visit Munich and learn more
about the history and the production
of the Bavarian national drink. A
beer tasting is a must-have as well
as a visit of the different beer gardens
and breweries.

Day 1:
Arrival at your hotel in the Munich area. In the evening, you enjoy a
traditional Bavarian dinner and a first glass of beer in the world-known
Hofbräuhaus.
Day 2:
After breakfast you start with your discovery of Munich on the subject
of beer. Stroll along the world-known sights of the Bavarian capital
and listen to interesting stories about the history and tradition
of the beer during a city tour. In the afternoon, you visit Munich’s
Beer and Oktoberfest Museum. Experience a unique piece of Munich’s
culture and lifestyle! A first beer tasting awaits you at the end
of your visit. Be impressed of the knowledge of the beer sommelier!
For sure, everybody learns new and interesting facts of the Munich
beer during that tasting.
Day 3:
Today you start your day with a guided visit of one of Munich’s
famous breweries. During the tour you learn interesting details
about the entire production process according to the purity law.
After that, you are awaited by another beer tasting and a hearty
Bavarian snack. In the afternoon, you spend some time at leisure.
Wander again on the traces of the Munich Beer and visit one of
the numerous beer gardens in Munich and its surroundings. On
bad weather days a visit of one of the breweries is highly recommended.
Day 4:
Extend your stay, combine with another tour or depart homeward.
