Day 2:
Start with a visit of Oranienburg Palace that is one of the most
beautiful baroque palaces with its huge parklands. At midday, you
continue to Rheinsberg Palace, which is picturesquely situated at
Lake Grienericksee.
Day 3:
In the morning, you can spend some time at leisure to discover
Potsdam. Another option is a visit of the small town of Ribbeck
that is well-known through the poem around Theodor Fontane’s
pear tree. Take a walk through the town center or visit Ribbeck Palace
with its museum and its park. After that, you visit Sanssouci
Palace and its fantastic gardens. Close your day with coffee and
cake in the Drachenhaus Café.
Day 4:
Today you spend your day in Berlin. Get a first overview of the city
during a guided tour. After lunch, you have some free time to discover
more of the amazing city. Why not visit the impressing Charlottenburg
Palace? Another option is a visit at Museum Island.
Day 5:
After breakfast you start your homeward journey.

Day 1:
Arrive at your hotel in the Upper Bavaria region, your home for the
next 3 nights.
Day 2:
After breakfast travel to the town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen
where you make a trip up the highest mountain in Germany, the
Zugspitze, before continuing on to Ettal Abbey. This impressive
building is an excellent example of Bavarian Baroque and consists
of a church and a brewery. The Abbey was founded in 1330 as a
Benedictine Monastery. We then recommend a visit to Linderhof
Palace, once regularly used as a hunting lodge by King Ludwig II.
After your visit return to your hotel for your evening meal.
Day 3:
The highlight for today is a visit to the spectacular castles of Neuschwanstein
and Hohenschwangau, also known as the Kings
Castles. Today Neuschwanstein, with its spectacular setting on
a rock outcrop, is one of the most popular palaces and castles in
Europe. The Neighbouring castle, Hohenschwangau was used as
the summer hunting residence of the Bavarian royal family. After a
visit to both castles we recommend a short stop in Füssen before
returning to your hotel.

Extend your stay, combine with another tour or depart home.
