OP-IV-9for the separation of super pure hydrogen from gaseous mixture. The program also includessearch effective new diffusive alloys and the development of optimal construction of thedevices. Here are some characteristics of developed diffusive elements on base of compositemembranes including a selective filtering hydrogen membranes with 10 micron thickness. The special hydrogen filtering composite membrane at temperature of 550 °C, partialhydrogen pressure in the mixture of.0.6 MPa and the pressure of evolved hydrogen 0.15MPa sis equal to ~100 nm 3 H 2 /m 2 hour. For the developed diffusive elements the work temperatureis in the interval 400-700 °C.Presented below photos illustrated first construction decision of a composite filteringelement and also scheme for their testing in a laboratory reactor for production of sin-gasfrom methane.157
