The change <strong>of</strong> octane number has chaotic character within quitelarge interval <strong>of</strong> 1.0-1.5 points (figure 1) while all o<strong>the</strong>r parameters are constant. Elaboratedcomputer modeling system allows to detect raw material composition influence onisomerizate octane number.Temperature increase provides obtaining <strong>of</strong> isomerizate with higher octane number. At<strong>the</strong> same time it leads to decrease <strong>of</strong> catalyst service cycle because <strong>of</strong> coking reaction rateincreasing, also <strong>the</strong> fraction <strong>of</strong> side hydrocracking reactions increases. The obtained resultsagree with <strong>the</strong>oretical ideas. Moreover temperature selection allows to change <strong>the</strong> isomerizateoctane number in a wide range.Using ma<strong>the</strong>matical modeling method it is possible to find <strong>the</strong> optimal conditions <strong>of</strong>process running, to calculate and to design reactor blocks for isomerization process.306
