The mechanism<strong>of</strong> aluminium dissolution is most likely determined by <strong>the</strong> transfer <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> dissolved Al in <strong>the</strong>Al-In-Ga system to <strong>the</strong> melt-water interface followed by <strong>the</strong> formation <strong>of</strong> aluminiumhydroxide and hydrogen.403
