CLAUSON,High Commissioner.HIS EXCELLENCY THE HIGH COMMISSIONER, withthe advice and assistance of the Chief Justice,in pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by theCyprus Courts of Justice Order, 1882, and all otherpowers and authorities enabling him in this behalf ispleased to make the following Rules of Court:—1. No fees shall be charged :On making an application for the sale of immovablesin execution of Village Judge Judgments.On making an application for the purpose ofexecuting the judgment of a Judge of theMakheme Sher'.2.
