Postage on any tender sent through the Post must be prepaid, otherwise delivery of thesame will not be accepted.4. Tenders should be marked " Tender for Draught Animals," in the left hand top corner of the envelope,and should reach the Office of the Treasurer not later than 11 a.m, on the 2nd September, 1918,5.
