Postage on any tender sent through the Post must be prepaid, otherwise delivery of thesame will not be accepted.4. Tenders should be marked " Tender for Draught Animals," in the left hand top corner of the envelope,and should reach the Office of the Treasurer not later than 11 a.m, on the 2nd September, 1918,5. No Tender will be considered unless in respect of it all the conditions above laid down have beenstrictly fulfilled.6. All details regarding the animals to be supplied can be obtained from the Office of the Director ofPublic Works, and a list of Roads on which they will be required,7.
