The current Statutory List of Cyprus ishereby declared to be No. 37A the ConsolidatingStatutory List, complete to the 12th October,1917. (The dates which precede the names appearingin the said Consolidating Statutory Listdo not form part of such list for the purpose ofthe Statutory List of Cyprus.)2. The Order, dated the Sth October, 1917, ishereby cancelled.Given under the hand and ofiicial seil of theHigh Commissioner and Commander-in-Chief at Nicosia, this 4th dav of January,1918 (M.P. 502/16.)•*No. 3.REGULATIONS RELATING TO PERSONSPROCEEDING TO <strong>THE</strong> UNITED STATESOF AMERICA DURING <strong>THE</strong> WAR.TI7ITH reference to Notification No. 229 of theT) 4th May, VMl, published in the ExtraordinaryCyprus Gazette No. 1281 of 7th May, 1917,it is hereby notified for general information thatunder the new regulations issued by the Secretaryof State at Washington all persons about tojourney to the United States must carry passportsor other official documents in the nature ofpassports establishing his or her identity andnationahty, having attached a signed and certinedphotograph of the bearer, and must have themverified or vised by United States Consular Officersin the country from which they start upon theirjourney, not more than two weeks before the timeof their departure, as well as in the country fromwhich they embark or from which they enter theUnited States if they go by land.Documents of identification may include a wife,female children under 21 years of age, or malechildren under 16 years of age, the photographs ofeach being attached. Boys over 16 years of agemust have separate passports.Each passport of an ahen must be vis^d by aUnited States Consul in the country from whichthe holder first starts upon his journey with theintention of proceeding to the United States, andalso in the country from which he embarks for theUnited States.Every alien proceeding to the United State?,except when starting from Canada, must make awritten declaration in triplicate executed underoath before the Consular Officer, and photographsof the bearer and of the persons accompanyinghim must be affixed to each copy of such declaration.Accordingly, all persons who submit theirpapers for verification must be provided withthree copies of an unmounted passport photograph.(M.P. 676/17.)By His Excellency's Command,M.
