AU tenders should be sealed, and should beaddressed to the President of the Tender Board,the Office of the Treasurer, Nicosia.3. Tenders should either be deposited in theTender Box outside the Office of the Treasureror be sent through the post. Postage on any tendersent through the post must be prepaid; otherwise,deUvery of the same will not be accepted.4. Tenders should be marked " Tender forFamagusta Dredger " in the left hand top comerof the envelope, and should reach the Office of theTreasurer not later than 11 a.m. on the 2ndSeptember, 1918.5. No tender will be considered unless in respectof it aU the conditions above laid down have beenstrictly fulfilled.6. The Dredger can be viewed at any time inFamagusta Harbour and any further details asto the terms of contract can be obtained at thePubhc Works Department Offices at Nicosia,Famagusta, and Limassol.7. Before the acceptance of any tender thetenderer will be required to deposit a sum of £30,in addition to the amount tendered, to ensurethe proper completion of the contract.
