CLAUSON,ORDER.High Commissioner,IN exercise of the powers vested in him by theDiseases of Plants Prevention Law, 1893, HisExcellency the High Commissioner is pleased to order,and it is hereby ordered as follows :—"Within any area declared to be infected with thedisease known as the Scale Disease (Aspidiotus Aurantii)the following provisions shall have effect:—The owner of every orange-tree, sour lemon-tree,sweet lemon-tree or citrus-tree, shall between the IstSeptember and the 15th November, both datesinclusive, apply to all parts of every such orange-tree,sour lemon-tree, sweet lemon-tree or citrus-tree, asolution of lime-sulphur in the proportion of 1^ partsof sulphur and 1 part of lime to 100 parts of waterto the satisfaction of the Director of Agriculture or ofsuch person or persons as shall be appointed by him tosee that the provisions of this Order are carried intoeffect.2.
