(M.P. 2610/07.)No. 59.APPOINTMENT OF BOARDS OF SURVEY ON CASH, STAMPS, &c., AND ON <strong>THE</strong> UNALLOCATEDSTORES AND PLANT OF <strong>THE</strong> RAILWAY AND PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT.HIS EXCELLENCY <strong>THE</strong> HIGH COMMISSIONER is pleased to appoint the following Boards of Survey to examinecash, stamps, etc., under Colonial Regulation 331, and to report upon stores under Colonial Regulation385, at the end of the financial year 1917-18, and also to hold surprise surveys during the year 1918-19, on suchdates as may be specially prescribed from time to time.2. The surveys to be held, forms to be used and members constituting the Boards arii detailed below.3. The President of each Board on cash, stamps, ete., will arrange to assemble the lioard at the close ofordinary business on the last business day of the year. Forms should be previously ohf^viii-d from the Commissionerof the District. Cash, stamps, ete., should if possible be checked before tb.o r sumption of ordinarybusiness on the following day. Bank balances must be reconciled at a subsequent date4. Store ledgers will be ruled ofif as on the Slst March, issues being minimised via. lug the last few days ofthe year to enable the ledgers to be entered up and completed by that date.
