That any per«on violating clauses one andtwo of the present Proclamation shall not onlybe liable to Hne or to imprisonment or both underMartial Law but shall be also liable for anyexpenses that may have to be incurred by thesaid General Manager of the said Railway in consequenceof any such act of violation of the saidclauses one and two or \n the remedying the consequencesof the said act or violation as aforesaidand shall be liable for any damage that mayresult to the said Railway from such act ofviolation.o Anv person dissatisfied with any decision oidirections -iven by the said General Managerof the said Railway may within three days afterthe notification in the manner aforesaid of suchdecision or directions refer such decision or directionsto the Government of Cyprus for considerationthereof.Given at Nicosia, this Hth day of February1918.GOD SAVE THE KING.(M.P. 1253/17.)By His ExceUency s Command,M.
