CLAUSON,High Commissioner.WHEREAS application has been made to His Excellencythe High Commissioner to sanction theincorporation of an Anonyme Company under thestyle of The Agros Anonyme Trading Company andthe Articles of Association, dated the 2nd February,1918, have been submitted to His Excellency pursuantto the provisions of the Ottoman Commercial Code.Now therefore His Excellency the High Commissionerin pursuance of Article twenty-eight of the saidCommercial Code is pleased to sanction the incorporationof the said Agros Anonyme Trading Company asan Anonyme Company for the purposes and subject tothe conditions of the said Articles of Associationdeclared and contained therein.Given under the hand and official seal of theHigh Commissioner at Nicosia, this 19th dayof February, 1918.By His Excellency's Command,M.
