Oversee Tennessee funding programs (TELS, TSAA, Byrd, McWherter, MinorityTeachers, TNSP, etc.), verify eligibility, pay funds, generate and submit theoriginations and disbursements reports and work with the Business Office toreconcile the funds.5. Oversee bundle disbursements for various funds and ensure reconciliation with theBusiness Office.6. Oversee Federal Satisfactory Academic Progress: upload the SAP information intoPowerFAIDS from the Colleague report, prepare and send all necessarycommunication, counsel with students regarding SAP standards and coordinate thereview of appeals.7. Chair the Institutional Review Panel (IRP) for the Tennessee Educational LotteryScholarships. Call and conduct meetings, review appeals and coordinatecommunications with students and parents if necessary.8. Manage the financial aid portion of the R2T4 process to ensure timely processing.9. Weekly Report: report to the Financial Aid Director funds paid.10. Counsel students and parents concerning financial aid options.11. Others duties as assigned.12. Serve as back-up for the Administrative Assistant to the Director and the Senior LoanOfficer.Information ServicesVice President for Information ServicesThe Vice President for Information Services reports directly to the President.Responsibilities include:1. Provide leadership in the areas of Records and Registration, InformationTechnology, Institutional Research and Assessment, the Division of Adult Learningand the Campus Post Office.2. Manage the release of official statistics from the university as requested bygovernment and third party information organizations.3. Execute research and analysis to support institutional strategic decision-making.4. Provide support in the collection and analysis of student enrollment, achievementand satisfaction data to improve programs and services.5. Ensure the institution’s technological infrastructure and systems support the strategicgoals and objectives of the university.6. Develop quality, affordable and accessible distance learning opportunities.7. Ensure efficient, customer-centric policies and procedures exist to serve the recordsand registration needs of students and alumni.8. Oversee institutional processes and procedures that ensure continuous improvementand accreditation compliance with institutional effectiveness standards.9. Perform other duties as assigned by the President.Executive Director of the Division of Adult LearningThe Executive Director reports directly to the Vice President for Information Services,and provides visionary administrative leadership for curriculum development, facultyservices, student care, technology support, enrollment services, and communityengagement activities carried out by the Division of Adult Learning. The ExecutiveDirector ensures that DAL programs are conducted in accordance with the mission andacademic policies of <strong>Lee</strong> <strong>University</strong>, the DAL, and its accrediting bodies and regulatoryagencies.
