Advise and assist faculty, staff and students in the development, coordination,administration and analysis of survey and testing instruments.5. Conduct research as requested by the institutional leadership to identify strengthsand weaknesses and to enhance decision-making at all levels of the institution.6. Assist in the compilation of official statistics and institutional data needed for externalreporting and institutional planning.7. Maintain a high knowledge level of applicable research techniques, reportingrequirements and trends in institutional research.8. Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President.Coordinator of Testing and EvaluationThe Coordinator of Testing and Evaluation reports directly to the Director ofInstitutional Research and Assessment. Specific duties of this office include:1. Coordinating the administration of general education and discipline-specific testing(i.e., General Academic Assessment and Senior Major Field Tests). This includesacquiring testing materials, coordinating proctor and room assignments, andaddressing student questions and concerns.2. Coordinating the administration of the ACT and TEAS tests.3. Coordinating the administration of course, advisor and Dean/Chair evaluations andother evaluative surveys.4. Assisting the Coordinator of Assessment and Institutional Research in varioustesting, evaluation and assessment procedures.5. Performing other related duties as assigned.Manager of Campus Post OfficeThe Manager of the Campus Post Office is reports Vice President for InformationServices. The duties are:1. Participate in and oversee the collection, sorting and distribution of all mail forstudents, faculty and staff - - this includes the enforcement of federal regulationsrelating to specially endorsed mail, i.e., certified, registered and insured mail.2. Issue and maintain campus post office boxes for all eligible students.3. Recommend personnel and outline duties.4. Supervise daily activities of full-time and student staff, including mentoring andtraining exercises.5. Conduct all customer service activities in a courteous manner while displaying apleasant and responsive attitude.6. Serve as liaison to USPS and is responsible for daily reporting activities for sales andinventory.7. Act as point of contact for UPS/FedEx and maintain accountability for courierservices.8. Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President.Student DevelopmentBecause of its commitment to Christian community, Lee University places strongemphasis on Student Development. Support the overall chapel program of the university.5. Manage the Student Leadership Development Conference and Focus leadershipconference.6. Oversee the student discipline process.7.
