The President is supported by staff and advisors, including Vice-PresidentsAcademic and Provost, Finance and Administration, Student Services, External Relations andResearch, who are responsible for various academic and non-academic services.Vice-President Academic and ProvostThe Vice-President Academic and Provost is responsible for providing leadership in the planning,management, and evaluation of Dalhousie’s academic activities. This involves working with theFaculty Deans and other administrators to promote outstanding academic administration andmanagement throughout the University, and to promote a high quality of instruction and thenecessary forms of support.
