Semi-Annual Cleaning Requirements(1) FurnitureShampoo upholstered furniture during January and July.(2) Carpeted Areas and MatsHave carpets pr<strong>of</strong>essionally steam cleaned and soil resistant treatment applied duringJanuary and July.Spot clean as needed.(3) Floor Maintenance <strong>of</strong> Resilient Tile AreasStrip floors, apply sealer, apply wax and refinish all resilient tile floors.(4) GlassWash inside glass and clean interior <strong>of</strong> all window frames and window stools.(5) Drainage SystemsInspect and clean all onsite catch basins and storm drain inlets <strong>of</strong> trash, leaves, andother deleterious materials.Detention/retention and silting basins shall be inspected and cleaned <strong>of</strong> weeds andovergrowth to ensure proper drainage is maintained.Basin bottoms should be scarified to maintain the integrity <strong>of</strong> the drainage design.8.3 NORMAL HOURSNormal working hours are //7:30 AM to 5:00 PM,// //[______],// except Saturdays, Sundaysand Federal holidays.8.4 BUILDING OPERATING PLANOfferors shall submit a building operating plan with the <strong>of</strong>fer. The plan shall include aschedule <strong>of</strong> startup and shutdown times for operation <strong>of</strong> each building system, such aslighting, cooling, ventilation, and plumbing, necessary for the operation <strong>of</strong> the building.
