Lessor shall provide documentation thatthe design and construction of facilities meets this goal. From the entirety of available LEED®Credits, certain credits are mandatory. The Lessor shall supplement the mandatory creditswith other credits chosen to accomplish sufficient credits for LEED® Silver equivalency. Thelatest version of LEED® available shall be used.
