OWNERSHIP..............................................................................................................................................................................................Through registered public offerings, the Department of the Treasury disposed of all of its ownership of <strong>AIG</strong> Comm<strong>on</strong>Stock during 2012 and 2011. The Department of the Treasury still owns two series of warrants (the Series D Warrantand Series F Warrant, respectively). The Series D Warrant provides for the purchase of 2,689,938 shares of <strong>AIG</strong>Comm<strong>on</strong> Stock at $50 per share. The Series F Warrant provides for the purchase of 150 shares of <strong>AIG</strong> Comm<strong>on</strong>Stock at $0.00002 per share. Both series of warrants have a 10-year term and are exercisable at any time, in wholeor in part.
