292many laws of many gods. The giant of technology-science conquered, andconquers everything. But all of its conquests are in the realm of space. Before time, science stands powerless. It is not able to speed it up, just as itcannot slow it down. It cannot even explain it. Time exists outside ofscience, outside its laboratories, outside its studies and research, and at thesame time time embraces it with great power, and it dwarfs it, just as itembraces and dwarfs everything.
