222After learning what I told you I decided not to leave directly because Ithought most sincerely that if this news reached you when you were writingme you would have decided the same thing and I wanted to go to Paris eventwo days ago. D’Eichstal wrote me yesterday, time passes and money isscarce, ―leave from where you are‖. According to what I told you and theconsiderations, even the money situation, made me do what I wanted to do.Last Friday Barciński received a letter from Poland in which we wereinformed that our money is being sent, the amount as usual. I hope to receive itpresently and so in a week I would like to leave London to rejoin you and thereyou will give me your orders. I am more up to date on the events in Polandand the necessary ways of getting there when you ask it of me.Oh with what joy I think of the day when I will see you again. However, if you wish to write me something one day after receiving this letter, your letter will find me still here for sure, but not later. And you know you feelwhat great pleasure it would me.I thank father D’Eichstal most sincerely for the books and money hesent me; I repeat I beg you, I will be able to give it back to him after my arrivalin Paris. Mill sends effusive greetings to D’Eichstal. Yesterday I had adoctrinal conversation with some ovenists and today a rendez-vous there. Ifsomething important happens I will write you again from here.I embrace you my dear father with all my heart and my son Barcińskidoes with all our affection of St. Simonists and in you all our family.Bogdan J.(MSS 8626, pp. 66, 67, 69 – CRR)
