Contractor shall, within 7 days of such failure, submit a written statement asto how Contractor intends to correct nonperformance and return to acceptablecurrent Progress Schedule. Actions by Contractor to complete the Workwithin Contract Times (or Milestones) will not be justification for adjustmentto Contract Price or Contract Times.D. Owner may order Contractor to increase plant, equipment, labor force orworking hours if Contractor fails to:1. Complete a Milestone activity by its completion date.2. Satisfactorily execute Work as necessary to prevent delay to overallcompletion of Project, at no additional cost to Owner.1.06 NARRATIVE PROGRESS REPORTA. Format:1. Organize same as Progress Schedule.2. Identify, on a cover letter, reporting period, date submitted, and name ofauthor of report.B. Contents:1. Number of days worked over the period, work force on hand,construction equipment on hand (including utility vehicles such aspickup trucks, maintenance vehicles, stake trucks).2. General progress of Work, including a listing of activities started andcompleted over the reporting period, mobilization/demobilization ofsubcontractors, and major milestones achieved.3. Contractor’s plan for management of Site (e.g., lay down and stagingareas, construction traffic), utilization of construction equipment,buildup of trade labor, and identification of potential Contract changes.4. Identification of new activities and sequences as a result of executedContract changes.5. Documentation of weather conditions over the reporting period, and anyresulting impacts to the work.6. Description of actual or potential delays, including related causes, andthe steps taken or anticipated to mitigate their impact.7. Changes to activity logic.8. Changes to the critical path.9. Identification of, and accompanying reason for, any activities added ordeleted since the last report.10.
