The portal users demonstrated to appreciate very much the attention paid by Dienn<strong>et</strong>i to the<br />
resources and materials in Italian language. These are considered well oriented to the practical and<br />
free use in the framework of several educational disciplines, scholastic management, study and<br />
research and educational process in general. The contents, available in a wide selection of languages,<br />
are into the “Aree disciplinari” (“Disciplinary Areas”) section where they are organized by the main<br />
educational disciplines.<br />
The section “Percorsi tematici” (“Thematic paths”) provi<strong>des</strong> many paths on the same topics of the<br />
previous section and more. Other learning path and reviews of didactic commercial software are<br />
available into the “Archivio” (“Archive”) section. A selection of information and articles relating to the<br />
field Didactic and New Technologies “Rassegna Stampa” (“Press Release), of events such as<br />
conventions and conferences in education technology and education “Eventi e News” (Events and<br />
News), and other sites that deal with teaching and technologies “Siti Amici” (“Friends Sites”). These<br />
are very interesting since it is possible to access to reviews for catalogued applications both for the<br />
recipient's age and for the subject areas involved, articles on technologies and their use for<br />
educational purposes, presentations for school projects concerning technological education.<br />

The website wants to provide objective <strong>des</strong>cription on these software. It is explicitly specified that the<br />
portal has not intent or interest in advertising or encouraging specifically the use of none of these<br />
software.<br />

As the website’s content offers a large amount of didactic materials, it seems obvious to think that<br />
varied needs of the users are satisfied. The source of this materials is as much various as the needs<br />
and allowed to find resources either in national languages or English. For each subject/language there<br />
are different types of materials.<br />

Very extensive site for both the disciplinary scope and the school level. The users can find several kind<br />
of resources, including some excellent link.<br />
The language courses are initially free of charge, but in order to continue, after the registration it is<br />
necessary to pay.<br />
This is a very big educational portal, in which each student can find “its piece of cake” – what is he/she<br />
is interested in.<br />
